The Tortilis Camp takes its name from the Acacia Tortilis, a tree with flat foliage, present in one of the wooded areas of Amboseli.
The camp is located in a private reserve that borders the Amboseli National Park.
Here you can make private game drives, walks in the savannah and enjoy sunsets and meals in the bush. The tents are all spacious, with king or twin beds and elegant bathrooms.
There is a main salon, bar and dining room, all exquisitely constructed of natural materials and thatched roofs.
The private house and the family tent are slightly separated from the main camp, on the hill where they share a swimming pool.
Tortilis Camp was one of the first eco-lodge of its size and is proudly 100% solar.
